I migrated to Family, moved two items to the Shared Vault but other computer can't see them.

The other computer was signed up on Family to start with so it has no Primary (Private) vault. Under Preferences>Teams it shows the team but under Preferences>All Vaults no vault is displayed. I have items in both the Family and Shared vaults to check and nothing shows on the other computer.

    I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from that Mac that does not display the vaults. First, lock 1Password on that Mac and then unlock it. If it still doesn't see the vaults (look in the "All Vaults" preferences again to confirm), then please make the report as described here:
