2 macs and an iPad - 1Password 3 (snow leopard) 1Password 6, can all they share the same database

Two macs running 1Password. Snow leopard machine running 1 Password version 3, El Capitan machine running version 6, and an iPad. Can all three use the same database file via dropbox sharing?

The version 3 doesn't seem to be able to make changes to the information.

    @socalmactech: While 1Password 3 can make changes, it's best not to since it doesn't understand the newer data that 1Password 4 and newer uses. Using 1Password 3 as a "reader" only will avoid any confusion or incompatibility. I hope this helps! :)
