This has been a bug for many years. When using 1password Extension from browser and you click the site you want to go to it opens a new tab, if you change your mind in the last second and close the tab before the extension inputs the data, then later a few minutes later try to go to the same site from the extension it does not open a new tab.

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.

    I see exactly what you mean. Somehow I never noticed this before, but I was able to reproduce it just now. I've made sure the developers know about this, so we can get it resolved in a future update.
