Using 1Password on iPad

I already have 1Password on my iPhone. I downloaded the App on my iPad and am trying to log in, but it is asking for my Team URL and Account Key. Where can I find the URL and Key?

Hi @dsabreen,

When you set up 1Password on your iPhone, did you create a 1Password account (using 1Password for Teams or 1Password Families) or did you set up a personal vault by creating a Master Password?

If you’re not using a 1Password account, you won’t have a URL or an Account Key. To sync your data from one device to another, you can use iCloud or Dropbox.

I have a master password. I supposedly synced the data to icloud, but unsure how to then recover that info on my ipad.

Thanks for confirming that! If your data has been synced to iCloud, setting it up on your iPad should be simple. Please follow the instructions in our User Guide. If you have any questions about the steps there, please let us know!
