    Hi @eddn,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    It appears you purchased a 1Password license, rather than subscribing to a 1Password account (i.e. You don't have an "account"). With a 1Password license you can download the basic version of 1Password for iOS, but the Pro features are not included.

    If you'd like the Pro features you'd either need to subscribe to a 1Password account (1Password Families), or purchase the Pro features separately. You can see a comparison between a 1Password account and a standalone 1Password license here:
