in iOS

iOS 1Password will not accept touchscreen input. It launches but no in-app controls are active. I restarted the phone with no effect.

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm really sorry for the trouble, and the delayed reply. Are you still having this difficulty? Do you have the problem with any other apps?

    Do you have your 1Password data backed up or synced?
