License for Mac and PC?

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I have a license for Password 6 for Mac and just started a job where I have a PC. The FAQs say my one-time license should work on both but when I try to activate my license on the PC I get a message saying my license is for Mac only. What can I do?

    Hi @dlaviettes,

    There was a change in 1Password's pricing system earlier this year. If you bought 1Password after the change, then your license will automatically work for both Mac and Windows. However, if you bought 1Password before that, then you need to get a license for Windows. The good news is that you get a big discount for it!
