My 1Password on Windows says I have tried to register a licence more than three times.

It requires me to reload; does it mean reinstall?

    No, it means to restart the app, in case there's an issue with the app itself since you've tried it 3 times already. Reinstalling usually won't help.

    In this case, it may mean your license key isn't working or there's an interference in the connection between the 1Password program and our servers.

    Please use this guide to generate the 1Password diagnostic report and email it to us at support+windows@agilebits.com, also include the license key you're trying to register with. In the email, could you include the link to this thread along with your forum username, so that we can connect the email to this thread.
