Chrome extension doesn't work - Welcome screen is blank

in 1Password in the Browser

I've installed the latest Chrome extension for 1pwd. After clicking on the icon, I'm redirected to : https://agilebits.com/browsers/welcome.html
But this screen is empty (strong grey as a background color, and that's all).
Please help.
Chrome version : 50.0.2661.94 (64-bit)

    Hi @steveal,

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue. I'd like to ask you a couple of questions to help us figure out what might be going on. Have you installed the main app for 1Password and is it working correctly? Can you see the icon for 1Password on the menu bar? Do you get prompted to type in your Master Password at some point when that webpage appears?

    Hello Pilar,
    Yes main App works fine as far as I know.
    Yes Icon appears on menu bar. No I don't get any prompt.
    It's just when I click on the icon on the menu bar that I'm redirected to this grey page.
    I previously had 1pwd beta extension and it was working fine.

    Hi, @stephane. Have you given the bits on this page a try? These are the most common situations by far. From reading the little bit of information in this thread, my intuition says this is most likely related to some proxy or security software, so please pay special attention to this section of the troubleshooting document.

    Let us know what you find.
