Pro features not available on iPhone

Hi
I purchased the single pro features license for my iPhone, but cannot organise or create folders, although I did get the extra categories.
Pro features shows as purchased, and the Organise tab is there, but the 'edit' option is missing from the organise tab.
How can I get organise working please?

    I did read the other similar post here which seemed to be related to purchasing the app with a different apple account to the one I installed it with. I only have the one account on my phone so I do not think this is the same problem.

    Hi @MrGrizzly,

    welcome to the 1Password forums :)

    Are you having multiple vaults on your iPhone? While in All Vaults it will not be possible to create or reorganize folders. You will have to open up a specific vault to do so.

    Also using 1Password accounts could cause this as 1Password accounts don't support the use of folders.
