How do I set "Secret Word" on Mac Book Pro for sync with iPhone IOS version?

My iPhone 6 is using iOS 9.3.2 it asks me to enter "Secret Word" from My Mac Book Pro Sync Preference page .I don't know how to find or set the Secret Word
