Hi,

I would love it that when making a "link existing" from a 1st to a 2nd item, that the back-link to the 1st item be automatically added to the 2nd item.

    Thanks for the request! If I understand, you're referring to the 'Related Items' feature in 1Password Families accounts, right? I think that would be a handy feature too, and I'll be happy to send your request along to our developers to let them know you'd be interested in that.
