Under the File menu there is only New Item (with a submenu) or New Login options. There is no Create New Folder or Smart Folder options as it says in the User Guide.

@simonwray I tested this myself and found that there are two scenarios which prevent me from creating a new folder:

1. I'm in a vault connected to one of my 1Password accounts, whether it's for 1Password Families or 1Password Teams.
2. I'm in the All Vaults view. When I change to my Primary vault, I'm able to create a new folder or smart folder.

Do either of those apply to you when you're trying to create a new folder?
