touch ID stopped working

For some time, I get an incorrect pin message every time I try to enter it. It used to work. Master password works fine.
Recently, when I try to use touch ID, I get a pop up that says: Touch ID for "1Password" Unlock 1Password, Cancel.
Cancel is the only option.
Autofill does not seem to work for mobile at all.

    Hi @skyephoto.

    Sorry to hear about the difficulty using 1Password for iOS. I'd be happy to help you get these issues sorted out.

    When you get the pop up that saus "Touch ID for 1Password" what happens when you put your finger on the Touch ID sensor (home button)? Don't press -- just rest your finger there.

    Thanks Ben, I could swear that wasn't working before... (sheepish grin)
    Now, how about changing the pin that doesn't work? I do not see an option to do that in security settings.
    Can 1 Password auto fill info in apps?

    I'm not entirely sure how you ended up with both a PIN and Touch ID enabled. It shouldn't be possible to have a PIN on Touch ID enabled devices. Did you by chance restore this device from a different one that didn't have Touch ID on it?

    When are you asked for the PIN?
