Moving an entry

Sorry but my English is not so well. I am using a french version of 1password.

My question: I have one vault but I would like to move an entry from "porte-monnaie" (Wallet ?) to "compte bancaire" (bank account ?).

There is a way to make it without retyping all the informations ?

Hi @Die,

There isn't a way to convert an item from one category to another category, you do have to recreate it manually.

Note that Wallet isn't a category, it's a group of categories. You can go to the View Menu to deselect Wallet and more categories will be split up on the sidebar.

It is my first experience with 1password and I didn't put my entries always in a right category (or group of categories). I don't know the difference between the category and the group of categories. So I have to learn more about classification. Anyway, my informations will be there !
