Trial expired and account frozen?

Hi there. I took a Family sub account in February and my 1Password has suddenly gone to 'Trial Expired'. When I have signed into my 1Password account, it is saying 'Account Frozen' and is asking me to take another sub. Can you help please?

    I checked both for any standalone product licenses and for 1Password Families and 1Password Teams subscriptions, but I don't see any of either for you. If you've made a payment could you please forward the details to us at [email protected]? In your email please include a link to this thread ( ). Once you've sent the email you should get a support ID back from BitBot. Please post that support ID here.
