Password works on web, but not on OSX app. Can't log in

I can log into my 1Password account just fine via the web, but when I open and try to enter my password in the OS X app, it just says it is incorrect. Same exact password. Tried multiple times.

    @dyermd: Sorry for the trouble! Since you're able to login on the website, I wonder if there's some odd input issue. Have you checked your keyboard preferences?

    (Un)fortunately AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

    If that doesn't help though, you may need to have another member of your 1Password Team/Family. Please let me know how it turns out. I look forward to hearing back from you!

    Thanks @brenty. I have tried that and still no luck. Even copy and paste. In web it works fine and I can log in. On OSX native app, rejected.

    @dyermd: This may seem like a silly question, but were you using the standalone 1Password app previous to 1Password Families/Teams, perhaps with a free trial? If so, you'll have a Primary vault there which may have a very different Master Password than the one you've setup in 1Password Families/Teams. If you're still not able to unlock it, you'll need to start over. Then you can login to your 1Password Account and all of your data will be available there. I hope this helps!
