Real slow Dropbox sync

This morning I started up 1Password on my Galaxy Tab 2 and did a sync. I needed a password that hadn't gotten to the tablet yet and was expecting a quick sync, but it tended up taking 25 minutes for the sync to complete. I'd check the status and it would show as working on band 2, band 6, etc. but no other feedback. Any suggestions?

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+android@agilebits.com

Thanks for the quick reply. It's looking like I have network problems at home because I'm seeing slowness on several devices, so I'll drop this request.
