Can not install extension after it downloads for safari

Hello, I am installing the extension to save passwords when i use Safari. I can download it but when i click to install it says there is an error and can not install it. All updates for mac have been installed and i am using el captain.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: osx 10.3.3
Sync Type: iCloud
Referrer: forum-search:safari extension no longer works on mac

Have you tried downloading the extension from the Safari extension gallery?
