    @markw94404,

    You posted in the 1Password 3 category, but the latest version of 1Password is not version 3. It's really important that we know the exact version of 1Password you are using since there are some big differences between the old version 3 and the current version.

    Please follow the steps in the link Megan provided above and let us know the specific version number for the copy of 1Password you are using:

    https://support.1password.com/check-app-version/

    Please also let us know what version of OS X you are using. This website makes it easy to find out. Just visit the page, and it will tell your your OS X version:

    Last but not least, can you take a screenshot and attach it with your reply? Click the file icon above the text box to attach the screenshot:

    The problem resolved itself and anyway, I have decided not to use your product at the moment, for it has gotten way to complicated,when you need a forum and a newsletter to use something as simple as a password manager, I bow out. i have a life and do not plan to spend any of it learning about your product. It use to be simple to use but not any more evidently, goodbye!

    I'm really sorry to hear that, @markw94404. Since the problem resolved itself, I would hope that means everything is working well. If so, you should be able to continue to simply use 1Password as you always have. If you are having any other trouble and want to get things working, we're here to help.

    Either way, I hope you have a fantastic weekend. :+1:
