Pro version license not recognized

My wife is on my iTunes family membership but 1Password is not recognizing/enabling the Pro version on her iPhone. I tried removing 1password from her iPhone and re-installing it and also recovering/re-enabling the pro features, but it is not recognizing the Pro license on my iTunes account.

  • I Figured it out. I had to remove it from her phone, then go into the app-store > purchased > my account (not hers), then download 1password.
    Once I had done this, I could restore the purchase and validate it with the correct itunes password.

    Glad to hear Pro features are now working on your wife's iPhone after reinstalling 1Password and restoring them with the same Apple ID as the purchase. Smart thinking. :):+1:
