1Password not working in Cent Browser

Options

Hello,

I recently installed Cent Browser after using Opera Browser.

However, I cannot get the 1Password icon to fill in the passwords in Cent Browser.

I have uninstalled it and reconfigured it and nothing happens. When I click it, there is no response, there is an animation of the icon but no further action.

How can I fix this issue please? My 1Password licence is registered to this email address.

Thank you,

Tony

  • Hi @barry_seal,

    Thanks for writing in.

Cent browser is no among the browser 1Password supports. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
It's based on Chromium, so the 1Password Chrome extension should work but you will have to disable code signature verification in 'Help > Advanced'. This feature is for your security and we recommend using a stable, supported browser, like Opera, Firefox, or Chrome.

The fact that the 1Password browser extension doesn't respond at all when clicked is a sign of an anti-malware software interfering with the communication between the 1Password Helper (Agile1pAgent.exe) and the 1Password browser extension.
Another cause might be the use of a proxy.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Alex
