Lost my Account Key..

Can you please assist me? I lost my account key. I have a paid subscription with this account.

    Did you print your emergency kit during the setup process, as recommended? Your emergency kit should provide all of the information you need to login:

    1Password Emergency Kit

    If not, do you have any devices that are still logged into your 1Password Account?


  • Hi Ben, Unfortunately I have lost the Kit. I reformatted my HDD yesterday as well. My iOS APP still has all the password information

  • I can create a new account. Can you transfer my subscription to it?
