Hi I have forgotten my password as I have been using fingerprints for so long, how do I reset?

    Hi @tomhoward,

    I'm sorry for the trouble, but the only way to change your Master Password is with your existing Master Password. If the only access you have to your data is via Touch ID I'd suggest writing down your credentials and starting over using a Master Password that you'll remember. Eventually Touch ID will time out and the only way in will be with the Master Password. You don't want that to happen before you've recorded your credentials.
