Help i forgot my Account key

    Hi @Lucaskeohler,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    Did you print or save your Emergency Kit?
    Are you logged into your 1Password account on any other devices?
    Are there any other organizers or admins on the 1Password account that you've lost your account key for?

    Please let us know. These are the only ways to recover your account key.

    Hi, I have the same problem - I am logged into 1Password from my Mac and iPhone - Please let me know how I can recover my Account Key

    I had this saved in Safari thankfully but did not have this in Chrome..was able to login and generate the emergency kit (and save in 1Password as a secure note..)

    Thanks for the update @Gman2016. It is a really good idea to print the Emergency Kit and store it somewhere safe such as a bank security deposit box, or fire safe.
