    Are you sure you are using the same Apple ID?

    Hi @paulbockewitz

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    As danco alluded in order to restore the Pro features you must've been logged into the Apple ID that purchased them when you install 1Password. Otherwise they cannot be restored. A different Apple ID on a Family Sharing account will not work, it has to be the original Apple ID that made the purchase.
