"View History" sub-permission under the "Read" permission

When we select the "View History" sub-permission AND the select the "Read" permission in 1password for Teams what is the actual history it allows users to view? i.e. can they see who changed passwords and when? Who accessed passwords and when? What the password was changed from to?
