I subscribed 1Password6 a few days after I started trial and tried sync among iPhone and MacBookPro and MacBook. At first, I failed to sync since there is no Sync tab on the 1Password6 menu, but today succeeded in syncing between iPone and MacBookPro. However still MacBook can't sync and I can't find Sync tab/icon as per the attached file. Please kindly let me know how I can fix this issue...

    Hi @ZebraQueen

I'm sorry for the confusion with 1Password. I can see that you are using a 1Password.com account, in this case you don't need to set up sync (that's why you can't see this option). You only need to make sure you've added your account to all your devices. You can see how to do that here: https://support.1password.com/migrate-1password-account/#add-your-account

Please let us know how this goes for you and if you're able to add your account to the missing MacBook :chuffed:

Thank you for your kind assistance, but I'm still confused..
What is the difference between 1Password.com account and others?
I checked in several device with the same account.
Mac Book Pro: Version 6.3.5 AgileBits Store (Preference page with Sync Tab) 5 password stored
Mac Book: Version 6.3.5 AgileBits Store (Preference page w/o Sync Tab) 2 password stored
iOS : (Preference page with Sync Tab 7 password stored synced with MBP and MB

Why can't MB sync with MBP?

After I turned on local VAULT of MB account, I was able to sync all devices through Dropbox. So, it fixed. Thanks

    Hi @ZebraQueen

The differences between a 1Password.com account and a license can be found here: https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/68576/the-difference-between-a-1password-com-account-and-standalone-license#latest. You have an account, and while you can indeed sync via Dropbox if you prefer, it's much easier if you just add your items to your Personal vault in your account. Even if you prefer to set up syncing via Dropbox and keep your vaults locally you'd need to add your account to all your devices. If you don't add your account you'll get the message that your trial period has expired and 1Password will freeze for you. This article will not only help you add your account but move your data there: https://support.1password.com/migrate-1password-account/

Please let us know if you have any questions or need any further help :chuffed:
