No response code was received from the server

Hey there. My 1password teams secure notes attachments do not seem to be downloadable. Every time I try to retrieve and download an attached file I'm getting an error, "No response code was received from the server. This is also happening for my coworkers. It has been happening for the last 16 hours. How can I help you guys debug this? Thanks.

  • Hi @tylernm! Sorry for the trouble. Where are you trying to download the Document items from? If it's 1Password.com, could you please try a different browser? If it's 1Password for Mac, could you please create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac?
