Version 6.3.5 emailed today for download does not fix the initial download problem with 6.3.4.
I don't know what the problem here is, but it is most disappointing that I have been unable to download 6.3.4 and again the same with 6.3.5. It just goes around in circles trying the download......

The download simply won't work. It allegedly extracts but one ends up at the beginning again.....
It needs to be fixed, otherwise it renders the program 100% ineffective.

Did you try restarting your Mac like Pilar suggested? If so, and the same problem still happens, there are a couple options:
If you want, you can simply download the installer for version 6.3.5 from our download site. When you run that, it should overwrite the old version in Applications with the new one.
On the other hand, if you'd like to continue troubleshooting the problem with the updater, we'll need you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac: https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/?mac
