Removing (frozen) 1Password account doesn't work

Hi,

I have an old (frozen) 1Password account on my iPad Pro 12" (running iOS 10.2 Beta 1) that I would like to get rid of. Unfortunately removing the account doesn't stick and after returning to the Accounts overview the account is still there.

Any ideas?

Cheers,
Holger

    Hi @holgr,

I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble removing a frozen account.

If possible I'd like to ask you to try and reproduce the problem (i.e. try to remove the account) and then create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device. That way we can dig into what's happening.

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)

Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you.

We've logged this issue as {OPI-3793}. That will show up in the release notes once the issue is resolved.

    Thanks very much!

    Hi @ag_andrew,

I just went in to do the procedure once again only to find out the account is gone now. No idea what happened, guess time fixed this issue. :/

    Cheers,
    Holger

  • Well @holgr, I'm glad to hear that it's fixed for you. Let us know if it happens again, or if you run into anything else.
