Have local 1Password app, can't access online or on new computer now

Hi,
I signed up many years ago and purchased the localized 1Password Mac app and browser extension. I am switching to a new computer and it seems that the new signup flow requires a full account key and account to be set up, but the way I signed up years ago, I don't think I had to fully do this. So I don't have an account key to sign up with and it's prohibiting me from adding 1password to my new computer. Can you advise if there is a way to do this? I have my license key, but that's it.

    @kristindziadul: Indeed. It sounds like you may be trying to login with a 1Password Account, but you will only have one if you subscribe to 1Password Families (or Teams), or signed up for an individual subscription plan. Instead, if you choose "Use without an account" you can sync your data from another device or create a new vault:
