How do I get my vault to update?

I have a 1Password family account as well as 1Password for Mac installed on my computer. When I add new passwords on my Mac, they are not being synced to my 1Password family account. My 1Password family account hasn't updated since October 26, 2016 (see screenshots attached). How do I get my family account to update?

    @buckarez: It sounds like you've setup 1Password for Mac as a standalone app on your computer with a local vault. You can check this by viewing your vault list. If you see a Primary vault and that's where your data is, this is stored only on your computer and not in any way connected to your 1Password Account, which is why it doesn't show up on 1Password.com. But you can follow this guide to transfer your data to your account:
