Problem with filling on uservoice.com

1Password seems to have some issues with the login system used on uservoice.com.

I have two accounts on these sites:

https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/284483-feedback

https://tutanota.uservoice.com/

On the first one 1PW sometimes enters my credentials in the search field instead of the username field, even though I've clicked on sign in to bring up the login fields. It's either that or it doesn't fill in any information at all.

On the second one 1PW enters my email address but then nothing happens. If I press enter, the password field pops up and is already filled by 1PW and pressing enter again logs me in. I have 1PW set to Automatically sign in after filling usernames and passwords but it doesn't seem to work with this particular site as I have to press enter twice to be logged in.

Since both sites are sub-domains to uservoice I would expect them to behave the same way, but apparently not...

I've tried the tips from https://support.1password.com/extension-troubleshooting/ without success.

1Password Version: 6.1.296d
Extension Version: 4.6.2
OS Version: Windows 10
Sync Type: Families

@Backspaze: Ah, interesting. The reason it's different is because the ProtonMail page includes many additional fields that the other doesn't. And since the form doesn't include a password field, 1Password doesn't submit it.

It isn't going to help with that last bit, but otherwise you may find these URLs easier with regard to filling:

    https://protonmail.uservoice.com/signin
    https://tutanota.uservoice.com/site/signin

However, it is still necessary to submit the form manually since there is no password field for 1Password to submit. We'll see if there is some way to improve issues like this in the future. Thanks for bringing it up!

@brenty: I suspected something like that, thank you for clearing that up, and thanks for those URLs, they work much better for logging in.

    Hi @Backspaze,

That's great that Brenty's suggestion managed to help a bit here. Let us know if you find another other problematic sites.
