I could not resend all of the licenses I have with agile bits.

I was looking in my 1Password file and could only find some of the licenses I have purchased over the years. I went on-line and requested to have my licenses resent to me. I received an email with the information for three licenses; each of which was labeled as 1Password 3. I have also downloaded and used 1Password4, 5, and 6 which I am currently using. How do I get all of the missing license information?
