I must unfortunately cancel my family account (Babij Family Plan) immediately bundled with a Parallels upgrade --- but not my individual account. How do I do this?

    Hey @dailyllama! I'm sorry to hear that. You can delete your account any time, but I don't want you to lose the Parallels promotion you got. Could you give us a better idea of why you need to cancel the family account?
