New to 1Password: importing and rich icons issues

Hello,

I just bought 1Password from the Apple app store. I am moving from SplashID. I saved the file from SplashID per instructions on the 1Password site and imported that file into 1Password. All the records are there but the categories assigned are wrong for most of them, e.g. almost 60% of my logins were imported as "Notes". I can't figure out how to repair. I don't see an option to switch categories. I am also not getting rich icons. I event tested by creating new entries and I still did not get the rich icons.

Any idea how to proceed?

    Hi @born2dive ,

    It sounds like the file may have been exported wrong. When you exported from SplashID, did you export as a vid file, unencrypted, without attachments? That should be the format.

    If you exported as CSV, it may have put the data in the wrong order.

    @born2dive,

    Try using instead the 1.09 version of the converter suite. You'll get better fidelity. The package is in the Testing Bits area mentioned in the thread. The download includes a README.pdf that guides you through the process.
