I'm having the same problem on my iPad Pro. The site I'm logging into requires two separate urls. The first is just for the company's website and the second goes to the login site. The iOS version does not have the same + symbol to add another url.

  • Hi @dwdeck,

    Thanks for writing in.

I've split your post from the other thread that was talking about the Windows app that didn't support adding an extra URL field (we have it implemented in the latest beta update).

For your iPad, when you edit the Login item for the site, do you see this option below the first website field?

There are no green + signs below the one URL I have already. The next choice I have is to open "notes". I'm not sure how to take a screen shot on the iPad pro.

  • @dwdeck,

Have you purchased the Pro features for iOS and are they unlocked? The ability to add multiple URLs requires the Pro features.

I've added a second url but I still can't get it to cycle through the login process. The company's website opens with the login window open but it only fills in the users name but not the password. The site I working with is https://www.ameriprise.com and then https://www.ameriprise.comauthred/myaccounts.

Any suggestions? Could it be a problem with Ameriprise's site.

@dwdeck: I cringed a little as soon as I visited the site, because I saw the login form appear after the page had already loaded...and I knew that was bad news. They are loading the login form from a completely different page using an inline frame, and Safari does not allow extensions to access these. So to 1Password it is as if it does not exist — no possibility of saving or filling information there.

However, while I cannot tell if this will work since I don't have an account myself, I found the URL of the actual login page. Please try saving and filling a login here:

    1. Navigate to this page: https://my.ameriprise.com/FinancialAccounts/html/SECURELOGIN.HTML?TARGETURL=https://my.ameriprise.com/FinancialAccounts/html/LOGIN.HTML
    2. Enter your login credentials
    3. Tap the 'key' icon (or the Share button, to use the extension in Safari) to bring up the login menu
    4. Tap + New Login
    5. Tap Save
    6. Close the webpage and tap the URL in your new login item to have 1Password fill it
    7. Tap the "Sign in"/"Log in" button to submit the form

Please let me know if that helps. I look forward to hearing back from you. :)
