Link to a login on 1Password 4 not opening in 1Password 6?

I received a login link from 1Password 4 via Outlook. I used to drag this link across into my 1Password 4. This doesn't seem to work when I'm dragging it across to 1Password 6 (family) which I'm now subscribed to. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for writing in.

Are you referring to the shared item links that starts with onepassword://share? If so, this is not yet supported in 1Password 6. You should be using your 1Password.com account to share data securely there with your family members and/or friends/coworkers. You can create a separate vault and invite guests onto that vault if you want.

We don't recommend that you share items insecurely via emails.

I guess I'm still a little stuck in my 1Password 4 ways. I'll take a look at sharing that vault with a guest.
