    When I enter my Master Password and finifsh with hitting done button the done button does not respond

    Hi @theruzeks! Does this happen when you're creating an account, when you are signing in to one, or when you are unlocking 1Password on one of your devices? It would also be good to know what version of 1Password you are using, and if you are able to unlock it on some of your other devices.
