Do 1Password Accounts still function if Internet access is lost?

If I were to migrate all of my 1Password data to a 1Password Account, would I still be able to access this data if I did not have access to the Internet?

For instance, if I happened to be travelling with my iPad and/or iPhone and there was no WiFi available (my iPad has no cellular capability, and I never use cellular data on my iPhone), or if I'm at home and my Internet access is temporarily lost due to an ISP outage.

    Yep. You obviously wouldn't be able to access your data on 1Password.com if you were not connected to the Internet, but offline access is available through the apps. They all store the data locally. No Internet connection required.
