Account frozen after license purchase

After my free trial period ran out and my account was frozen. I just purchased a single license, I prefer that over a subscription. I have received a confirmation email with a link "Click here to Apply Your 1Password License". When I click that link, the program opens and shows me when I purchased the license, but my password database from the trial period remains frozen. What do I have to do to unfreeze it?

    Thank you for reaching out to us and I'll do my best to assist you today. You will need to remove the subscription account from your apps. Have you migrated your data to your Primary vault? First we want to make sure your data is safe before removing anything. If you have already moved everything over, you just need to remove the account from your 1Password apps via Preferences > Accounts, then just click the "Sign Out" button.
