Can't access 1PW Families on my iPhone

I set up 1PW Families on my personal iPhone, a mac laptop and a WIndows desktop. All working fine...however, i no longer can open 1PW on another iPhone (running iOS 10.1.1

I deleted the app and then reinstalled, scanned the QR code from my Emergency Kit, but still can't open the app. It tells me "Invalid Login Information"

Any thoughts?

I really like 1PW Families but getting it to work on all my devices is turning out to be quite difficult and I can't figure out what I am doing wrong...I have spent so much time it is now getting to be a major pain!!! Help!

    Problem solved. I guess with no responses from anyone you have to figure some of these things out for yourself....
