Why did 1Password iOS delete my item?

When moving an item from primary to shared vault, it disappeared from all vaults. I was able to retrieve the item by going to the Mac and restoring from an earlier version. Nonetheless I am concerned. Any idea what's going on?

1Password Version: 6.5.1 (iPad)
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 10.2
Sync Type: Dropbox

    @Daniel Sonnenfeld: It sounds like you've hidden the vault in 1Password for iOS Settings > Vaults > All Vaults. Is that the case? If so, you can still view items inside it by switching to that individual vaults, even if it's hidden from the All Vaults view. Let me know what you find!
