    Dropbox syncing issue

    1Password data on my iMacs and Macbook air are identical ( running either on OS 10.11.6 or 10.12.3 )

    iPhone6 10.2.1 shows differently

    iMacs shows

    ```

    iPhone shows

    All Items 575

    Logins 276

    Memberships 167

    yet if i go to 1Password settings on my iPhone it shows

    Items 577

    iPhone says it is syncing and i have tried Sync Now a few times
    but that does not correct the discrepancies

    data across all devices had been identical until a few days ago

    do i need to delete and reinstall the 1Password on the iPhone6
    or try something else ?

    Hi @chasan

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. Are there actually items that are not syncing on the iPhone, or is it just the item counts are wrong? I ask because we currently have a bug where item counts do not update correctly even if items are syncing properly.

    Please let me know.

    that's a very fine question
    honestly so far i had only looked at the counts

    so i just added an item from one of my iMacs under the category Outdoor Licenses ( as i never had use that before )
    and it did sync with the iPhone and my macbook air

    so perhaps it is only your "counts" bug

    i'll return to hear if/when you have injected the proper antidote

    Thanks for the update. I suspect that is the case then. Hopefully we can get the item count issue worked out soon. :)
