Can the family name on a Families account be changed after it's been created?

    I think this is something which can only be done by the support team via. email. Certainly get in touch with them that way, because they always respond quickly and can help better when they have confirmation from the email owning the account.

    Hi @LarryMcJ,

    You can do that by signing in to the website, then going to the menu in the upper right corner that has your family name, and choosing "Family Settings". From there you can change both the family name as well as the sign in address.
