    Hi Ben,

    writing from Italy, I have the same problem: Iphone 6 with both old version of 1Password (3.6.2) and the new 1Password Pro 5.5 . Unfortunately many data were still on old version. Once I updated Iphone to IOS 10.2.1 the old 1Password version started to crash few seconds after I open it.

    I read the post before but sorry I didn't understand where I have to paste the text ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/.
    May you explain me? Thank you

    Sorry Ben I forgot to say that I have a recent back up file available done with the old 1Password versione before he started to crash.

    Hi @mrmess,

    1Password 3 for iOS crashing on iOS 10 is not something we can fix. The product was retired in 2012. In order to move forward you'd need to upgrade to 1Password 6 for iOS. Instructions can be found here:
