For the second time, I have my account freezed by AgileBits when my account was purchased in 2014.
On first time this happened, I lost all my data creating a new account with a new username and same license. But it occurred again! This is unbelievable!!! My account was purchased and, whatever the subscription plan have been changed recently, I have right to access the app fully.
This occur after last iOS app update.
How can I solve my problem AgileBits?
