Create an item through a link, URI schema for new item

Is there a URI schema we can use to create items in 1password when a user clicks the link in an email.

USECASE

We send a software license by email to our users when they purchase we know lots of our users use 1pw
Would be great to have a link in the email to onepassword://new/softwarelicense/?key=1231-1231-123123-123

This would be a great UX improvement for our users. Also in our app we generate secure keys that users need to save would be nice to have a save to 1password button that uses the same scheme.
