I am having trouble sharing a password with another vault so my team can access it.

I have one particular password I want to move out of 1 shared vault into another. but when I try to do it in the usual way the options are greyed out.

OS Version: osx 10.12.3
Sync Type: no idea

    Hi @PaulWeedon - Thanks for getting in touch about this. What you see is most likely a matter off access permissions. As the owner of the account, you can correct it by going to Admin Console > Vaults > Click on the Shared Vault > Manage Access > Click on the gear icon next to your name to check permissions. For what you're trying to do especially keep an eye on the 'Share items' permission.
